Refund Policy

This policy explains when a payment to FocusPulse can be refunded.

1. Payments are non-refundable

All payments are non-refundable once your plan is active, except in the cases in section 2 or where the law requires a refund. A plan becomes active when your payment succeeds: your account is upgraded at once, and the briefings and features of the plan are available from that moment.

The Free plan has no time limit, so you can use FocusPulse for as long as you like before you decide to pay.

This policy applies to purchases made on or after October 6, 2026. An earlier purchase keeps the refund terms that were published when it was made.

2. When we do refund

  • Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase. We refund the extra payment in full.
  • Plan not activated: your payment succeeded but your account was not upgraded, and we cannot activate it for you. We refund the payment in full.

3. How to Request a Refund

If one of the cases in section 2 applies:

  1. Email support@focuspulse.pro with your Razorpay payment ID — it is in the confirmation message we sent you when your plan activated, and on the receipt Razorpay emailed you.
  2. Tell us your Telegram username so we can match the payment to your account.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout via our payment partner, Razorpay.

  • UPI Refunds: Usually reflect within 1-3 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: May take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

5. There is nothing to cancel

FocusPulse subscriptions do not auto-renew. A payment buys one month or one year, and at the end of that term your account simply returns to the free tier. We never store a payment mandate and we cannot charge you again without you choosing to buy again.

So there is no cancellation step, and no risk of an unexpected charge. If you want to stop, do nothing: your plan runs to the end of the term you paid for and is not charged again.
